Ingredients: 2 pieces of cheese, 6 pieces of sandwich bread slices, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of spread cheese, 3 cups of chopped carrots, 3 cups of cabbage, 2 tablespoons of sweet corn, 150 grams of boneless chicken meat, round 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of cassava, 1 cucumber (sliced), 1 onion (sliced), 2 lettuce leaves, 2 eggs, 25 grams of butter and salt.



Method: Boil the chicken pieces with a little white oil, lemon juice and salt. Then leave the water to cool and with a fork to make a very small long thin crumbs. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, sweet corn, mayonnaise, spread cheese, cucumber carrots, cabbage, tomato sauce, cassava, and pepper powder.


Butter each piece of bread (bread slices) well on one side. Now put a piece of cheese and put cucumber, onion and egg omelette on it. Then cover the bread crumbs with another piece of bread. On top of this, mix half of the chicken mixture well and add a lettuce. Then make a sandwich with the buttered side of another bread toast. Now cut around each sandwich. Cut a corner along the middle and serve in four pieces.

Cheese and egg sandwiches

Ingredients: 4 pieces of white bread, 6 pieces of cucumber, 1 piece of cube cheese, 1 piece of boiled egg, 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of salt to taste.


Method: In a bowl, mix well together mayonnaise, raisins, boiled egg yolks, oregano, black pepper powder and chilli flakes. Now make a sandwich by putting this egg cheese paste on one loaf and cover it with another loaf. Melt the butter in a pan and bake the sandwich and serve.

Grilled beef sandwich

Ingredients: 4 pieces of bread, 6 pieces of cucumber and tomato (chopped), 4 pieces of lettuce and 1 onion (chopped).


For puree: Beef minced 500 gms, half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of adabata, 1 tablespoon of coriander paste, 1 tablespoon of raw chilli paste, half a cup of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of hot spices, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour, soy Sauce 12 teaspoons, salt to taste, oil to taste.


For dressing: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.


Method: First, marinate the meat well with all the ingredients except oil. Take some of it and fry it in a little oil in the shape of beef steak. Bake the breads. Now add mayonnaise and tomato sauce to the baked breads, spread lettuce leaves and add beef steak. Arrange the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and cover with another piece of bread. Now build a toothpick and cut around the bread and serve the sandwich.

Coleslow sandwich

Ingredients: To make coleslaw: 1 cup of cabbage (finely chopped), half a cup of carrot (grated), 5 to 6 pieces of capsicum (julienne cut), 2 tablespoons of onion (grated), 1 cup of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of fresh cream Spoon, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.


To make a sandwich: 8 pieces of milk bread, 1 tablespoon of butter, 4 pieces of cheese, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.


Method: First you have to make Coleslow. For this, mix fresh cream well with mayonnaise in a large bowl. Then add grated onion. Now mix the crushed raw vegetables like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, black pepper powder and salt, sugar well and keep it in the fridge. After 15 minutes, take it out of the fridge and mix lemon juice in it. Now cut the edges of the piece of bread. Put butter on each of the pieces. Apply coleslaw coating evenly on all four loaves of butter. Now put one slice of cheese on top of the coleslaw, spread a little pepper powder on it and press another slice of bread with butter. Coleslow sandwiches are made by pressing the sandwiches with the pressure of a hand and cutting them into knives at an angle.

Mexican salsa chicken sub sandwich

Ingredients: 4 subbreads, cucumber, tomato (chopped) 6 pieces, lettuce 4.


For puree: 500 grams of chicken boneless meat, half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, half a cup of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of hot spices, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour, 12 teaspoons of soy sauce, salt to taste and oil to taste.


For dressing: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup.


To make Mexican Salsa: Half a cup of tomato paste, half a cup of onion paste, 2 halopano chilli paste, 6 cloves of garlic paste, salt to taste, 3 cups of coriander paste and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.


Method: Tomato paste, onion paste, halopano pepper, garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice should be blended together to make salsa. Now marinate the meat well with all the ingredients except oil. Then fry the meats in hot oil. Bake the subbreads. Now put mayonnaise, tomato sauce on the baked sub-breads, spread lettuce leaves and put the fried meat on it with salsa. Arrange the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and serve covered with another piece of bread.
